Notification
Our friendly Tidy Doo® technicians will send you a 60-minute “on the way” text before your service begins. While you don't need to be home, we ask for easy access to cleaning areas and request that no aggressive dogs are left outside. This helps ensure a smooth and efficient service for everyone.
Safety Procedures
Once your yard is dog poop-free, your Tidy Doo® technician will take a photo of your closed gate to ensure no dogs can accidentally escape. Our team will then sanitize all scooping equipment with organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness, keeping your yard safe and healthy for all pets.
Cleaning Your Yard
Your professional Tidy Doo® technician will arrive and begin cleaning up all the dog waste. Our team is trained to follow a specific route to ensure no waste is missed. We’ll also walk your yard multiple times to make sure it's thoroughly cleaned and free of any leftover dog waste.
Pet Wate Disposal
Depending on your location and local regulations, your Tidy Doo® technician will either double-bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can. In areas without a trash can, the waste will be double-bagged and placed at the side of your home. This ensures proper disposal and compliance with local guidelines.
